About Us

About the Foundation

Avemaria Humanitarian Foundation is a non-profit, non-partisan, non-governmental Foundation, which seeks to engage in charitable activities that will advance the social and economic wellbeing of the less privileged through the promotion of sustainable education, health care, food, mentoring and skills acquisition.

Over the years, the African continent has depended on its neighbors and allies for aids to solve most of its socio economic and developmental projects.  And because the disbursement of aids and donations for development to Africa is by large influenced by the donor or government agencies that are not likely to be in touch with the realities on ground in Africa, a lot of problems have been left unsolved.  The solution to Africa’s problem is not foreign aid as has been proven over the years. The solution to our issues in Africa lies within us.

The Foundation was founded to help change the lives of the poor and less privileged Nigerians, give them a better future and most especially, to ensure they are not denied opportunity to harness their potentials to the fullest.
